How does the Lockerwise operate?
Dropping off your garments
- Select the ‘Drop Off’ option on the screen
- Enter your whole phone number and click continue for the next step
- Swipe a valid credit card and click accept on the screen for the next step
- Enter the number of garments and click next to release the drop off chute door lock, pull the handle out to open
- Duplicate dockets print automatically
- Tear off plastic bag, place one docket with garments in bag, deposit bag into chute and close
- Receive SMS notification when your garments are ready for pick up.
Picking up your garments
- Select ‘Pick up’ from the main screen.
- Enter your whole phone number
- Enter your PIN number (sent to you via sms)
- Press the on screen Locker Location button, for your pick up.
- Process to the Locker Location and open the door to remove your items.
- Confirm you have picked up your garments using the on screen, to complete your pick up.
Payment Process
- Swipe a valid Credit Card – must be swiped before proceeding for pre-paid offline payment.
- The Dry Cleaner processes your order at their store location. The type of items that has been dropped off determines the total amount.
- The payment is then processed through at the dry cleaners in store credit card terminal.
Price
- Standard Dry Cleaning prices apply for basic items only.
- A price list can be viewed on screen.
- There is no extra charge for using The Locker/Drop Box Service.
All major credit cards accepted. For extra convenience, you can also manually enter a credit card on the touch screen.
